    My sessions with Claire have been so powerful and I saw changes instantly. Claire is warm, caring, and respectful. We started each session chatting about things I found challenging in life and the thought patterns that created these negative perceptions I had of myself. I instantly trusted Claire with my inner thoughts, as she acknowledged me, and never judged me. She got me! Next came the magical part, the hypnosis. Claire guided me to an incredibly relaxed state of mind and the journey was personal to me. After each session, I had homework that reinforced my work. I loved this part! Hypnosis is amazing, and I highly recommend Claire. I believe my sessions with Claire, have allowed me to focus on my needs and helped me change my thoughts and become a more confident, self compassionate person.
